Hailing from beautiful Costa Rica, Andrea has over 12 years of experience teaching her clients how to lead a healthier lifestyle. Having studied Physical Education and traveled the world for certifications, Andrea holds several fitness titles. Her background is in Olympic gymnastics and ballet. Her daily workouts include Power Flow Pilates and her signature Andrefit circuit training classes. She also practices and teaches yoga, TRX, stability ball, kickboxing and other intense short workouts.
